 Terms
and Conditions for ECS Web hosting services
- MS SQL Server 2000 requires additional $60.00 per month and one
time $60.00 setup fee.
- Domain Pointers require a onetime setup fee of $30.00.
- Most new accounts will be setup within two business days.
- For domain name registrations, if you would like us to manage your domain name we charge the registrar's fee plus $95.00 for each renewal.
- You may register your domain name or elect to have us perform this
service for you. We charge $95.00 to perform this service for you.
The fee is for domain name research only. If you have a domain name
that you know is available.
- Web Hosting fees DO NOT include and site development. All site
development work is billed separately from ECS Web hosting services.
- All Web site billing is done quarterly with an annual option.
- Cancellations require a 30 day notification prior to the expiration of your previous billing cycle (i.e. If you are billed from January through March you must notify us no later than March 1st that you will no longer be using our hosting services).
- No refunds on hosting services
- Accounts are considered delinquent 30 days after invoice date. Any account that goes into a delinquency status will have hosting, ftp access, and email suspended and will be assessed a $95.00 re-instatement fee in addition to regular billing.
